June 22, 2011 - SEC Delays Registration
As expected, the SEC delayed registration from July 21, 2011 until end of 1Q2012. The SEC also clarified positions on Hedge Fund and Venture Capital Registration. The complete press release can be found here.
January 25, 2011 - FORM PF Released
